Acceptance of Terms

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:


  • Entrepreneur : Laudy and Quinten VOF, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98039962, trading under the name QL jewelry.

  • Customer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.

  • Agreement : the distance purchase agreement between entrepreneur and customer via the website [your website].

Article 2 – Applicability


  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.

  2. Customer's terms and conditions are expressly rejected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3 – The offer


  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

  3. All images and specifications are indicative and may vary slightly in reality.

Article 4 – The Agreement


  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

  2. The entrepreneur confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.

  3. As long as receipt of the order has not been confirmed by the entrepreneur, the customer can cancel the agreement.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal


  1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.

  2. Exception: products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. earrings), unless this is clearly indicated in advance.

  3. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

  4. The customer bears the costs of return shipping, unless otherwise indicated by the entrepreneur.

  5. The entrepreneur will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

Article 6 – Prices and payment


  1. All prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

  3. In the event of late payment, the entrepreneur reserves the right to terminate or suspend the agreement.

Article 7 – Delivery


  1. The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.

  2. Delivery will take place within [x] working days, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified in a timely manner. If delivery is not possible, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

Article 8 – Warranty and conformity


  1. The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications in the offer and the legal provisions.

  2. Any defects must be reported to the entrepreneur by the customer as soon as possible, but no later than two months after discovery.

  3. If the product does not comply with the agreement, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

Article 9 – Liability


  1. The entrepreneur is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or by incorrect information provided by the customer.

  2. The entrepreneur's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Article 10 – Complaints procedure


  1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within a reasonable period after discovery.

  2. The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the customer will receive a message indicating the expected timeframe for a substantive response.

Article 11 – Applicable law


  1. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law .

  2. Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the district where the entrepreneur is established.
